Himalayan White Water Rafting

Rafting in Nepal:

In fact, Nepal is known to contain the world’s best rivers for white-water experiences. Nepal has many adventures of white water river rafting. Nepal is a river runner paradise. It is a journey on the torrential river on an inflatable rubber boat. The combination of spectacular rivers, mountain scenery and a rich culture heritage makes Nepal an obvious river runner’s destination. With warm rivers, a semitropical climate, impressive geography, exotic cultures rafting in Nepal is a experience not to be missed. The rivers are of different types from class (grade) 1 (easy moving water) to Grade 6 (virtually unbearable). The most of the rivers running through this terrain in our country are north to south. Some of the best rivers are Trishuli, Sunkoshi, Seti, Karnali, Bhotekoshi & Kaligandaki. Many of these rivers are formed from the glaciers of the highest mountains in the world. When selecting rivers, beside the money and time aspect it is important to consider safety as a top priority. A day float on a gentle river may not appear as dangerous as 10 days raft down one of the more isolated and wild rivers. But safety must be top priority at all times. We use only the best equipments and well qualified staff on all trips.

Peak rafting season is from September to December and March to June, Trips vary in length from 1 to 12 days.
