From the aircraft the spectacular view of the snow line of the Himalayan range will leave you spellbound. The flight will take about 1 hour. After landing at the Lukla airstrip (2,800 mt) you will head north-west. The trail starts at the distant end of the village and steadily moves downward to Chapling (8,767 ft). Day 04 Monjo
A little beyond Phakding we will find river which we will have to cross and then move up the valley towards the north. The trail runs parallel to the river valley and has been creased with blue pine and a rather dense rhododendron forest that is very fabulous during the spring time when the flowers are in full blossom. We will have to cross the Dudh Kosi at a place called Benkar where there are enticing views of Kusum Kanguru (6369m) and the Thamserku peak (6623m). Monjo (2835m) stands at a short distance from here and we will arrive here at lunch time. We will be spending the night at Monjo.  This trekking will take us about 3½ hours (BLD)

Day 05 Namche Bazaar
The trek to Namche is quite a steep climb. It is a short walk first right until we reach the National Park as we cross the Dudh Kosi.
